Firstly, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during these very uncertain times as the UK adjusts to the new norm under lock down.
COVID-19 AFFECTING PREORDERS
In light of the current pandemic our manufacturers have struggled to keep up with lead times and, as a result, and we had to extend the date for sending out the preorders.
The good news is after contacting the manufacturers, who have worked very hard to get us back on track, we are able to start getting your orders delivered within the delivery times.
We can assure you that preorders placed have not been cancelled and you won't need to reorder as we will get your Plugull to you.
