We have a no-quibble returns policy. If the items that arrive isn't suitable, just let us know as soon as possible and we'll sort it out for you. We work hard to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. To do this we focus on three things:
1. Quick & honest responses to all customer emails & enquiries
2. Open & detailed support if you have any questions about the Plugull or your order
3. A refund if Plugull just isn't helpful to you.
If by chance you purchase Plugull and you are unhappy, or it is defective, we will arrange a refund or replacement, no questions asked.
When items are broken or no longer wanted and you wish to return them, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows 14 days to cancel an order but our No Quibble Guarantee gives you longer at 30 days.
